Sales Manager (SA1)
Main Tasks
1-    Determine sales budget & plan according to demand forecast.
2-    Determine the monthly & seasonal target for each sales representative.
3-    Follow up sales activities (visits, tenders & quotations,), receive reports, check results & performance and take corrective actions upon deviations.
4-    Formulate sales policies & work procedures and ensure that they are well implemented & applied.
5-    Recruit & select qualified sakes force, train them and motivate & lead them to achieve targets.
6-    Review & approve sales visit plan for each representative follow it up.
7-    Increase company's market share through increasing sales volume.
8-    Review customer requirements & complaints and ensure quick response towards them.
9-    Follow up collections & receivables and late financial dues.
10-    Conduct periodic meeting with operation team to review production plan against sales targets and discuss any deviations from pre-set delivery dates.
11-    Build up complete database about customers.
12-    Seek for new customers to increase sales volume and market share.
13-    Visit premiere customers with sales men and work on resolving their problems.
14-    Prepare reports about sales achievements, obstacles and suggestions to improve sales performance.

1-    Adequate high education certificate
2-    Experience not less than seven years as sales manager.
3-    Experience in pharmaceutical field or FMCG is preferred.
4-    Sales management trainings is mandatory.
5-    Fluent in English.
6-    Leadership skills is a must.
7-    Time management & negotiation skills are required.
